Derby Music Centre will be moving to a new location over the summer, ready to continue to deliver all of our music ensemble provision in September.
We are really excited to move to Beaufort Primary School. Our current home needs to use the spaces in which we currently store equipment and our library of music, and as they are also earmarked for a rebuild soon, this was a great time for us to make this move and avoid the upcoming disruption..
All details, along with supporting access videos and an open morning visit before term starts in September will be shared with all our members in due course - please don't send lots of questions until we've sent the full information out to you: this is just our announcement, FULL DETAILS to follow.
The timetable will be more or less the same, the staff will be the same and the music will just get better and better.
Look out for a shout out for volunteers to help with the move - we will need a lot of hands on deck, especially to pack up and move the library.
