Junior and Club Chamber Concert: Tuesday 15 March 6pm
Dear Junior and Club Players and Families,
Your Chamber Concert for Junior and Club players is taking place on Tuesday 15 March at St Nicholas Church, Allestree, starting at 6.00pm.
You are welcome to bring your own packed tea at 5pm or arrive for the concert by 5.45pm in school uniform or DMC concert dress (whichever is easiest).
Tickets on the door £5 (cash only). Raffle prize donations can be brought to DMC in advance or to the event. These will be used for the Gala concert and can be brought to centre any Saturday.
This concert will be a showcase for soloists to perform, but will also include Voices, String Club and Junior Strings, Wind Club
We are absolutely delighted with the number of players and singers who are going to perform solos. It promises to be a fabulous event, sharing in the achievements of individuals over the last two years. The last Chamber concert was in Feb 2020, although we did enjoy a wonderful online solo chamber event last spring in which we shared the brilliant videos that many of our Junior and Club musicians prepared.
