Autumn term performances are now fixed for all of our ensembles.
Rainbows Hospice Christmas Concert on November 29th will feature City of Derby Youth Band and Senior Clarinets who will perform in this wonderful festive event which has for years marked the beginning of the festive season. Derby Cathedral is the venue, concert 7pm. There will be a short rehearsal from 5pm and players should arrive in concert dress with a packed tea to eat before the concert. These two ensembles will not perform in the Derby Music Centre concerts on Saturday 2nd December.

We will finish the term with a fun day session on Saturday 9th December Activity Day. There will be sessions of festive musical games and songs for Club & Juniors (plus bring a friend who would like to join in - no experience necessary), and ukulele / chair percussion (TBC) and Christmas handbell fun for Intermediates & Seniors. Details and times to follow: members will need to sign up for sessions which we anticipate will be from 10-11.30 TBC. NO other rehearsals will take place.
