Morning Rehearsals (Beaufort School)
Rehearsals will take place at Beaufort School in the morning. Please note there is a revised timetable, so please check timings carefully. These altered timings allow for combined ensemble group rehearsals.
Musical beginnings will be cancelled this week
String Groups
Detailed String Rehearsal Schedule
9.00–9.30am: Orchestra
(All other strings to convene in John’s rooms to tune up and prepare)
9.00 -9.30am Voices usual room
9.30–10.00am: Orchestral Grand Finale – ALL groups (Hall)
10.00–10.30am: Mock Morris – ALL Strings (Hall)
10.30–11.00am: Senior Strings & Junior Strings (Dining Hall)
11.00–11.15am: Break for all strings
(String Club has a supervised break from 10.30–11.15/intermediate strings 10.30-11.45)
11.15–11.45am: String Club & Junior Strings (Dining Hall)
11.45am–12.30pm: Senior Strings & Intermediate Strings (Dining Hall)
Which means you will need to be at music centre as follows if you are in:
String Club: 9.00–11.45am
Junior Strings: 9.00–11.45am
Intermediate Strings: 9.00am–12.30pm
Senior Strings: 9.00am–12.30pm

10.30–11.00: Samba & Swing Band – Main Hall
11.00–11.30: Finale piece for ALL involved in the 7.00pm concert with CDYB – Main Hall
11.30–12.00: CDYB – Main Hall
11.30–12.00: Wind Club - usual room
12.00–12.30: Swing Band – Main Hall
Chamber Groups
9.45–10.30: Senior Flutes
10.00–10.30: Senior Clarinets
10.30–11.00: Intermediate Flutes
10.30–11.00: Intermediate Clarinets
Which means you will need to be at music centre as follows if you are in:
Wind Club: 11.00–12.00
Junior Wind Band: 9.30–11.30 (break 10.30–11.00)
Intermediate Wind Band: 9.00–11.30
(brass & percussion break 10.00–11.00 / wind break 10.00–10.30)
Samba: 10.00–11.30
Swing Band: 10.30–12.30 (some players are also in CDYO from 9.00am)

Dress Code
Please arrive at Repton School in super-smart concert dress:
Black trousers or skirt
White shirt
Optional bow tie
Parking
Parking is available at the Sports Centre as you come over the bridge into Repton.
Additional parking is available if this is full – please refer to the attached map.
Five parking spaces are available for Blue Badge holders.
These cannot be pre-booked and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis (supervised by Repton staff).
Passengers with mobility needs may be dropped off before parking.
Performance Times
Strings, Orchestra & Voices Choir
Performance: 3.00pm
Arrival: 2.30pm
Wind Groups, Swing & Samba
Performance: 7.00pm
Arrival: 6.30pm
Tickets
Tickets will be available only via Ticket Source (link to be emailed). All family and friends attending must book a ticket, as seating is allocated.
Each concert is expected to last approximately two hours.
