Derby Music Centre invites you to come and explore our music making opportunities. We usually have a full schedule of rehearsals catering for all ages and abilities when we meet at our venue, Saint Benedict School. But due to covid we are currently running a slightly reduced number of sessions online. There is an appropriate group for all abilities, with online sessions being delivered live streamed on Saturday mornings via zoom.
If you would like to pop in virtually and have a listen and meet the conductors, we will be offering an Open Morning on Saturday 6th March. Check the zoom timetable to find the most suitable group for you to visit depending on your instrument and playing ability. Voices is open to anyone who likes to sing, primarily for KS2 pupils, but anyone is welcome. Most new players will be joining Club (for beginners) and Junior (for grade 1-3 ability) groups, but older and more advanced players are always welcome to join the Intermediate and Senior level groups at any time.
