DMC will be holding a percussion workshop on Saturday 15 January. Helen Shelton will be joining us during the morning to support players in their ensembles, and she will then deliver a workshop from 1-4pm. Please make sure you have booked in for the afternoon session info@derbymusiccentre.com which will include stick technique, introduction to timpani playing and upskilling on tuned and untuned instruments.
Our percussionists at music centre are such a crucial element of their ensembles, and with this workshop we are supporting their development to continue to enrich their playing and future performances.
